Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees provides the financial and directional oversight of the Cincinnati Works organization. It assists in the public relations of the organization by spreading the word about Cincinnati Works in the community and by contributing individual member skills to support the Cincinnati Works staff.

Employment Visionary Committee This committee promotes the process of job search, acquisition, retention and advancement.
