We offer people lifetime services, treating the whole person rather than just helping with employment. Our coaches partner with our members through every step of their journey, helping them to achieve true self sufficiency.
We’ve been helping people for almost 30 years, and data from 2021 showed a 375% return on investment for every dollar spent. Together we can make positive changes in our community and the world. Thank you for your donation!

Poverty due to a sudden hardship – such as a joblessness or medical bills – is called situational poverty. Cases such as these make up approximately 20% of Cincinnati Work’s Members.
