Workforce Coaching

This innovative new service brings all the holistic resources of Cincinnati Works directly to your workplace – for your entire workforce.

With workforce coaching, employers can expect higher retention and the opportunity for internal growth.

How It Works

On-site: A dedicated Workforce Coach comes directly to your worksite one or more days every week. We tailor the implementation to fit your operations so that we can help your people while making sure the work gets done. The Coach is also available virtually for urgent issues when off-site.

Virtual: A dedicated Workforce Coach is available by video, phone, text, or email from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Employees can set up appointments to meet with the Coach however they are most comfortable. This may include occasional on-site visits as needed.

Our Workforce Coaches are trained professionals who develop confidential, individualized plans to help your people resolve the personal and professional challenges that keep them from being productive at work. Read more.
