A Note From Our Board of Trustees

We are proud of the impact Cincinnati Works has had on our community over our 25 years – particularly our tremendous growth and evolution over the past 12 ½ years, with Peggy leading the way. We have connected thousands of our neighbors with quality jobs, coached them through a wide range of challenges and triumphs, forged meaningful relationships with employers and community partners, and continually adapted to technological and social change.

Through Peggy’s leadership, we have established a foundation from which Cincinnati Works can grow in new and more powerful ways over the next 12 ½ years and beyond.

We have a staff of 50 professionals with a wide range of skills and experiences, empowered by a culture of continuing education and advancement.

We have a stable base of generous funders who believe in our mission and our Members, which gives us the flexibility to adapt our programs to meet the ever-changing needs of the community.

We understand our strengths, and we have partnered with organizations throughout the region that complement us well, allowing our team to do what we do best while benefiting from expertise in all corners of the community.

The Cincinnati Works Board of Trustees has already begun the difficult but exciting work of finding our next CEO, a visionary leader who will bring their own perspectives, experiences and relationships to the role. Just as important, the next leader of Cincinnati Works will inherit an organization with diverse revenue sources, dedicated board and staff leadership, and a reputation for innovation and integrity. That is Peggy’s legacy, and we are proud to build upon it.
