Cincinnati, OH, March 12, 2024 – Cincinnati Works announced today that Nikki Hollis has been hired as the new Director of Employment Services. In this role, she will develop new employer partnerships, create new innovative workforce pipelines, and manage our program services and staff to support Members in preparing for and obtaining employment.
With a passion for helping people, Nikki has more than 30 years of experience with creating programs that help individuals reach their full potential. She comes to Cincinnati Works from the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative where she served as the Chief Program Officer. In this role, she was responsible for all programs, including the Good Job Challenge Advanced Manufacturing, which helped graduating individuals enter the world of work with a career in Advanced Manufacturing.

Nikki is a visionary leader and approaches resolutions using a holistic approach. Her leadership style allows her to help those in need and encourages others to think on a much larger scale. Her valuable experiences and connections have helped her be impactful in the community she serves. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
As Director of Employment Services, Nikki will lead a team who works closely matching our motivated and career-minded job seekers to high-quality jobs – generating long-term success for both our employer partners and our Members.
