On a Mission to Eliminate Poverty

We are a non-profit agency that provides FREE, lifetime career coaching and support services, from crafting a resume and applying for a job to networking and budgeting. Our goal is to help our neighbors find dignified, stable work that offers sufficient pay and benefits, so they can provide for themselves and their families.

We are not a staffing agency. We are a partner. Wherever our Members are on the career path – from searching for an entry-level job to seeking a promotion to management – we can help.

Bring Cincinnati Works to Your City

Most social service agencies treat the symptoms of poverty with transactions: groceries from a food pantry, medicine from a free clinic, rental vouchers from a government agency. Cincinnati Works treats the root of the problem, helping people move from generational poverty to economic self-sufficiency through dignified work and personalized coaching. Agencies across the country are adopting our model.
