As I reflect on this past year, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible people who make Cincinnati Works what it is, our Members, our partners, and our supporters. Our mission to eliminate poverty through employment is as important as ever, and every day we see how opportunity can transform lives. Whether it’s helping someone land a first job, overcome barriers, or reach new career goals, we walk alongside our Members every step of the way with care, coaching, and encouragement. 

Together with our amazing network of employers and community partners, we’re building a more inclusive and equitable Cincinnati, one where everyone has the chance to succeed. From preparing young adults for meaningful careers to supporting parents and returning citizens, our work is about hope, resilience, and connection.
