Services We Offer

Hiring Partnerships

Finding talent is a challenge. Finding the right talent is even harder. Since 1996, Cincinnati Works has been matching our motivated and career-minded job seekers to high-quality jobs – generating long-term success for both our employer partners and our Members.

At Cincinnati Works, we’re proud that our Members form a pool of high-quality potential candidates. We invest in our Members so that each one is:

Vetted: Pass a thorough CW pre-screen assessment to be willing and able to work (including background check).
Trained: Complete CW pre-employment program, including Job Readiness training, if required.
Matched: Align skills and career interests with your specific qualifications.
Supported: Receive lifelong wraparound support and advancement coaching.

Workforce Coaching

With workforce coaching, employers can expect higher retention and the opportunity for internal growth.

On-site: A dedicated Workforce Coach comes directly to your worksite one or more days every week. We tailor the implementation to fit your operations so that we can help your people while making sure the work gets done. The Coach is also available virtually for urgent issues when off-site.

Virtual: A dedicated Workforce Coach is available by video, phone, text, or email from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Employees can set up appointments to meet with the Coach however they are most comfortable. This may include occasional on-site visits as needed.

Our Workforce Coaches are trained professionals who develop confidential, individualized plans to help your people resolve the personal and professional challenges that keep them from being productive at work!

Training

Cincinnati Works equips Members with practical, career focused training that builds confidence and prepares them for long-term success. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are and help them develop the foundational skills employers value most. Through structured classes, hands on learning, and individualized coaching, Members gain the tools they need to compete and grow in today’s workforce.

JumpStart is our core job readiness training, focused on workplace expectations, communication, time management, financial wellness, and professional development. Members leave with a clear employment plan and the confidence to succeed on the job. Digital Literacy 1 introduces essential computer skills, including email, internet navigation, online job applications, and basic software use. Digital Literacy 2 builds on that foundation with more advanced technology skills that strengthen workplace performance and open doors to higher wage opportunities. Together, these trainings help Members build both the technical and professional skills required for long-term career advancement.

Community Partners

Strong communities are built through strong partnerships. At Cincinnati Works, we do what we do best, coaching individuals toward employment, stability, and long-term success, and we partner for the rest. By working alongside trusted Community Partners, we are able to connect our Members to the resources and services that address housing, childcare, transportation, mental health support, legal assistance, and other critical needs.

Together, we remove barriers that stand in the way of employment and economic mobility. Our collaborative approach ensures that Members receive comprehensive support, not just a job placement, but a network of care that helps them build a sustainable future.
