Community Partners are essential to the Cincinnati Works model. We do what we do best, coaching and supporting individuals on their path to employment and financial stability, and we partner for the rest. Through strong relationships with community-based organizations, service providers, and regional leaders, we help remove barriers and connect our Members to the resources they need to succeed. From housing and childcare to transportation, education, and wellness services, our partners play a critical role in creating a network of support that leads to lasting outcomes.
